We can provide a 4-hour on-site response, on-site printer management, inventory management, customized reports, and a convenient pre-scheduled empty toner cartridge (core) pick-up. Factory Authorized Technicians. Our technicians are highly experienced and hold the industry standard A+ certification. If you choose TonerLab as your printer maintenance provider, you will receive quick on-site response for any printer hardware-related problem. TonerLab will always have necessary printer parts on hand 95% of the time can have the problem corrected within one hour of the on-site response. Product Provision. In addition to OEM brand cartridges such as Hewlett Packard, IBM/Lexmark and Canon, we offer our own TonerLab brand of toner cartridges. Cost Savings.
